Very happy overall

Liked: Easy to gwt to from airport. Location was terrific for our purpose of going to the SCG. Great eateries just around the corner. Short walk to Darling Harbour. Very quiet
Disliked: The Mini Twin Room set up was a bit of a surprise, so one person had to walk past the other during the night if they needed to use the bathroom.Minor issue only.

Liked: I had a problem with the room but after speaking to reception I was moved to another room and upgraded.Excellent prompt service.

Great location — close to...

Liked: The location is really good, very close to the central train station. The staff members are also friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There is only one elevator in the hotel, and when people are going to different floors, it sometimes has a glitch and doesn’t stop at the correct floor.

Amazing location, value for money.

Liked: Amazing stay, this time for a short few nights. Had a great time staying here for work, very close to the location I needed to be at and plenty of things to do nearby.

Liked: Great location,very clean room and supported staffs.
Disliked: Air-con is terrible. Only two options of 20 degree cold and 25 degree hot. Either too hot or too cold.
