A lovely day in Brighton

Liked: A perfect stay. Everything we needed was provided in the room which was very clean. Sky TV, coffee maker and kettle, toiletries. Even an iron and ironing board - and in the current heatwave, the fan was very useful.Room was lovely, comfortable and bright. Amgad (host) was super easy to communicate with and very friendly.

Exceptional

Liked: Very friendly. Responded very quickly to a problem. Great service.
Disliked: Having an instantaneous water heater directly in the shower is unusual, but it worked.

Great value in a convenient...

Liked: Great location - easy to walk down James Street to centre of town and short walk to sea front. Although a compact room it had everything needed and a very helpful manager that helped with the parking possibilities.
Disliked: The only tricky thing is that the staircase is very narrow so tricky to get a big suitcase up - I was glad I was only one floor up.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was excellent, the location fantastic and the communication brilliant. Nothing negative to say.

2 night stay

Liked: Loved the comfortable bed and lovely linen. Easy self check in too and very clean room.
Disliked: The room was tiny. No breakfast is available onsite as advertised, and only 2 Nespresso capsules are given per day. No staff available onsite, only online, so it felt a bit impersonal

Overall a very nice cozy...

Liked: Very cozy and clean. Has a small fridge which was very handy.
Disliked: The code to entry was abit fiddly and requires multiple attempts.
