Very good

Liked: Lovely property, easy location and check in. Second time staying here and a staple place for my boyfriend and I to stay in Brighton. Think it may be under new ownership as we were greeted by the owners previously however this is not a negative, the check in and check out was super easy this time round. The owners are great and responsive to any of your needs. Would stay here again next time we’re in Brighton :)

Liked: Excellent location, short walk down to the Beach front, room was immaculate and decorated beautifully. Booked last minute with a reduced price would deffo recommend and stay again! Thank you!
Disliked: Our room was very hot but there was air con facilities available so was not a problem.

Disliked: Was uncomfortably hot on the upper floors with only a tiny fan provided. Was difficult to be in the room and almost impossible to sleep.

First time in Brighton Experience

Liked: I liked how everything I needed were there during my time in Brighton and was about room was the right size for me. Since was travelling by myself.
Disliked: I would say the room was quite warm during the night, so a fan would be nice but honestly can't think of anything else I didn't like.

Great stay & location, easy...

Liked: Perfect Location, very clean and lovely decorated room. we booked one of the bigger rooms to allow us some more space, which was necessary as it turned out that our mid-sized suitcase would not fit under the bed and the bathroom was still quite small. Nevertheless really comfortable and we loved staying there!
Disliked: Amgad was very helpful and we could reach him anytime via the booking chat. Nevertheless, I was a bit disappointed to see that the service (and presumably, the owner), changed since our last visit in 2023. We remembered a very lovely host on site who offered home-cooked breakfast and helpful advice and recommendations during our stay. So we looked forward to seeing the former host again. At our arrival, it was clear that something had changed as no one was on site to welcome us and show us to our room. We saw nobody in person during the whole stay which made the whole experience a bit impersonal and felt more like an Airbnb booking rather than a Guesthouse.
