Liked: Perfect location, detailed check in process and easy, seamless! And so clean and quiet even tho ur so close to the main bit. Great communication with the owners too
Disliked: Parking is a bit of a nightmare but not much they can do from their end it’s just being close to the centre but thats obviously a big plus anyway so

Fabulous.

Liked: Room was superb plus good customer service and very reasonable for Brighton prices. Recommend to stay here if you don’t want breakfast and reception on tap.
Disliked: Nothing.

10/10 as someone who lives...

Liked: Very clean and easy to check in and check out. The beds were 5* hotel quality honestly slept like a baby. And the shower was nice and hot!

Liked: Close proximity to everything. Ease of having key code. Was a return trip to No. 27 so knew what to expect..although it had changed ownership

Disappointing

Liked: I really enjoyed the location—it was convenient and perfectly situated.
Disliked: I was informed that the room would be serviced daily by 15:00. I stayed for three nights, and while the service on the first day met expectations— the bed was made, two towels were replaced, and two bottles of water were replenished in the fridge—things declined afterward.After the second night, only the bed was made and just one towel was replaced, even though both had been used. I found this surprising and disappointing.The final night was the most concerning. Housekeeping only made the bed; no fresh towels were provided, and the water bottles in the fridge were left empty. As a result, we couldn’t even take a proper shower. This inconsistency in service was unacceptable, especially given the initial standards that were promised.
