Disliked: the quiet inner court was not so quiet with the air conditioning of the restaurant running all night

Disliked: Service - I forgot a shopping bag at the room. Not only the hotel didn’t contact me to let me know about it but when I phoned the hotel, the person that answered at the reception promised to check it out and let me know if it was found and she hasn’t done soRoom very tight and there was only a stool to sit on

Liked: quirky - good location- good facilities - min bar etc
Disliked: service in the Boliermaker bar was terrible - cheeky - unhelpful - i made a complaint at reception at the time and asked for them to note my complaint but nothing was mentioned to me at checkout - this was the only disappointing aspect our stay.incident happened at 7.30 pm in the evening
