It’s a good experience!

Liked: The location is good, close to tram station. 20mins to the city centre. Complementary drinks and refillable water station.
Disliked: The room is quite dark.

A stay with mixed feelings

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Very close to public transportation. Beautiful artistry on every wall on every floor.
Disliked: I sent a message 2 days prior my arrival that I'd be arriving very late and this was confirmed so far. I arrived at 1 am and the receptionist said there no rooms available and I should go to Motel one, she spoke to them. Motel One is across the road, I got there and they told me they don't have a contract with 25 Gold so I was asked to pay 109,00€ in cash. Me already exhausted from my trip, went back and told the nightshift that. She said there was a system failure and she couldn't access the program to check the availabilities of the rooms and that I should pay the money at Motel One and she will pay me back 66,00€ difference of what I paid at 25 Gold. I don't think it was well organized and told her it's not my fault that there were no rooms when I clearly had communicated my arrival. All of a sudden there was a room available. However the lights on one side were not working. I didn't care as I just wanted to sleep. Mold in the shower corners. The cleaners knocked at 11: 25 am to clean when Check-out time is 12? Well, the Hotel has so much potential. Perhaps I just happend to have a terrible luck that day. The sink had spots...
