Perfect Location, Friendly and Clean

Liked: Staff were so friendly and welcoming on arrival. We were 2 hours early and they made such an effort to find us a room straight awayRooms are really funky, modern and clean Perfect location for overnight stay before boarding Eurostar

Brilliant place to stay.

Liked: Everything!!.The comfort and cleanliness were excellent. The breakfast was excellent, too. The quality of the food was very good indeed and was all very well cooked and presented.The thought and planning in the decor is great. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a great size with a very effective non slip floor. The size of the shower cubicle was excellent. The water had good temperature and pressure. The hotel is obviously making strides to be eco friendly. Just our sort of place.The mini bar/fridge for your first night is free.Water. Snacks and beer. Very welcome.Straight across the road from Gare du Nord.
Disliked: The only thing that prevented a 10 in facilities was the broken lift which is a very important issue for my wife.We stayed two separate nights Wednesday then Saturday and it was broken both ocassions.Tge only one from reception was exceptionally small.The use of a kettle in the room would have a bonus but perhaps this is part of being eco friendly?
