Amazing and luxurious stay

Liked: Great location. Amazing hotel concept and decoration. Onsite restaurant was fabulous and best food we had in Florence. Amenities were on point.
Disliked: The redtaurant staff were fabulous but did not feel like the hotel staff were kind.

The hotel met our expectations.

Liked: The lobby and garden are stunning - love the style! The red rooms were both cool and odd. I didn’t get the theme/reference.
Disliked: The juxtaposition between the room’s decor and Florence itself was odd. I think I would have preferred the aesthetic in a city like Barcelona.
