Superb

Fabulous, fun decor! Loved the...

Liked: The room with balcony was such fun! We loved the attention to detail, quirky design and it just made us laugh! The beautiful sofa/banquette in the room was comfortable, as were the chairs on the balcony. I loved the Agapanthus hanging in a bag - it made me laugh! The shower was powerful, the cute bedside night lights and lights by the marble sink were playful and the little turquoise fridge with free drinks was really appreciated. The bed was really comfortable too.The hotel lounge area is gorgeous and decadent for just well, lounging around in! The outside dining area is very pretty too. We loved the design and playfulness of the hotel.
Disliked: Sadly, we didn’t like the food. Plus the waiters weren’t really around, only asking if we needed anything after we had finished eating, so no pepper to add a bit of taste to what was a bland chicken salad (a few lettuce leaves, poached chicken and bit of Parmesan) it felt very expensive for what it was…… that was a shame, because the cafe serves some amazing looking sandwiches. We were a little disappointed. The staff are friendly, but they spend a lot of time talking and laughing with one another. You could see people trying to get their attention or having to get up to ask for something themselves and there are masses of staff, although we managed to get the attention of the manager very easily. He was very good.

Fabulous location and fun decor...

Liked: We loved the 25 Hours Hotel in Florence. It was a great location - half way between the train station and Piazza Della Repubblica. Coming into the hotel was cool - the decor was unique and cute. The room (we had the Heaven room) was large with a huge shower and separate toilet area (I was also able to do yoga on the rug next to the bed). The sink was also massive and had a huge mirror so both of us could get ready at the same time. The exercise room was a bonus. We had a room with a balcony which was sweet. We sat out in the main terrace and worked one afternoon. It was lovely.
Disliked: A couple of very minor things: I couldn't do yoga in the exercise room because I couldn't figure out how to turn down the thumping music. The distance from the room to the front door was a long walk so if you forgot anything, you were going to be late for your tour - just fyi - don't forget anything! :) Oh and as someone else mentioned, I never could get the drip coffee to work without the filter breaking.

Disliked: There could be more light in the bathroom. Only one small light. So you couldn’t do makeup in there.

Unusual decor but very comfortable...

Liked: Nice facilities and leisure areas. Good location. Clean. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have some bellboys to help with luggage in and out from street.
