Friendly staff and comfortable stay!

Liked: The location was very central and the staff were lovely! We had an issue with our shower draining and they were very nice and quick at fixing it
Disliked: Our only complaints are the pillows were too soft, we wish there were two chairs on the balcony, and a door handle on the outside of the balcony door to open it when you’re outside.

Great fun hotel. We would...

Liked: The hotel was better than expected. I actually don't think the photos do it justice. We stayed in one of the hell rooms which we were a little nervous about being too creeped out by, however the room was extremely fresh and clean. The hell theme is clearly humorous and we slept very well in a huge comfy bed. The garden was great to relax, have a few cocktails and play a few games. We didn't eat in the main restaurant but we did eat lunch in the cafe and it was very tasty with a good range of choices.
Disliked: Nothing. It was excellent.
