Liked: A converted university apparently with long rambling corridors and many rooms which must have been nearly full over our marathon weekend with Eurovision in Sweden too.
Disliked: We had the smallest of rooms with no kettle for tea and coffee unlike our other two rooms which were more comfortable in size - and our mattress was soft with ridiculously hot duvet - not really w our standards.

Great location, great design but...

Liked: Location, location, location. Good feel design, clean and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Where do I start, despite a great location, one needs a bit of service in a hotel. 4th time staying here, 4th time being disappointed at the sheer lack of service. DO NOT COME if you want good service, the staff here are arrogant and rude. Being a paying customer, coming for the 4th time, invited 10 friends to stay at the hotel too, yet the hotel did not think service is important. On check in we were ignored for 10 minutes and greeted with a very unhappy staff member. Breakfast is awful, we were asked 4 times what room number we were staying in, even after being seated, why? the bread was old and hard, scrambled eggs from a bottle and old fruit all served with flies
