Liked: Super central and cool vibe in room and entire hotel. Love the free mini bar
Disliked: Staff were overwhelmed. Long wait time to be served and when I asked to rent a bike & buy something from the shop they were not able to help me. Super friendly but clearly understaffed

Avoid if you care about...

Liked: Quirky design that might appeal to some people, but might turn off others. The toilet seat and sink were yellow and there were bird figurines, and fake butterflies in the room.
Disliked: We were informed upon check in that there will be no room service for our 2-night stay, new towels can be issued upon request. The subsequent day, the female receptionist told us that there were absolutely no new towels in the hotel! Also the noise… I initially had trouble sleeping (in summer) because there were birds roosting in the courtyard outside our window and were making a ruckus, but ear plugs helped. There are also 2 flights of stairs (one flight before reception, and another before the room I was assigned to) to conquer with your luggages.

Disliked: Using sustainability as reason not to clean rooms daily. You can clean while being sustainable.... Find the right balance.
