Great location to visit Hamburg.

Liked: Great location in the HafenCity area, only 25 minutes walking distance from the Central Station. Really nice features in the room as well in the entire hotel. Great communal areas and sauna overlooking the city.
Disliked: It was all good.

Liked: The location was perfect, just a 20 minute walk from the train-station, and so much to see nearby.The hotel has many quirky, creative, and enjoyable design elements, and was a great base from which to explore Hamburg.
Disliked: 1. Shower water pressure was quite weak.2. Shower was quite small.3. Bathroom sink did not drain properly, even after I mentioned this problem to the maid and the front-desk.

Liked: the location is nice, staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The interior is so gimmicky and unaesthetic, but I could have seen that on the photos so it’s not the hotel’s fault.

OK. Better options close by

Liked: In this trip I only stayed one night and was somewhat pressed for time. Check in took almost 30 minutes. Only one staff member and a huge queue of guests
