Liked: We had another amazing stay at 25hours Hotel Das Tour! Fin and Vivien at reception were incredibly helpful in arranging us a great room and helped us with the bike rental. The bikes were excellent and well-maintained and made it really easy to get around the city. The breakfast was outstanding as always with a fantastic variety, and the view from the restaurant absolutely stunning. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. This hotel never disappoints with its great service and great atmosphere. It's perfect base for a trip to Düsseldorf. Can’t wait to come back again!

Liked: Nice location Nice design
Disliked: Housekeeping was a problem. I was asked at check in if I want housekeeping (which I already find odd, because I think this should be standard in a hotel of this level). I said yes I want and they honored this on 1st day. Unfortunately on the 2nd day I was out of luck and the hotel forgot what I had requested and I went with a non clean room on that day (later when I called reception they had mercy and they delivered fresh towels). I don't understand this concept of optional housekeeping in a hotel. If I want to clean the room myself, I can get an airbnb and get much more value for money.

Could be so much better

Liked: The rooms are great and certain aspects of the service are too. For example the lady who is front of house at breakfast was awesome and the breakfast quality was really good
Disliked: Location is Ok but not really in the heart of anything Service was very mixed - great at breakfast and dinner but my room was not serviced at all in a 3 night stay and after I raised this after day one they said they would do it but didn’t - totally unacceptable Parking is expensiveBar service was not good and Sunday night the restaurant is closed - venue not in the heart of anything so this is not helpfulToiletries are ridiculously watered down - shower gel in my shower was just water I personally didn’t like that there is no division between bathroom and room but this may be ok for some
