25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin

VERY ENJOYABLE. WOULD STAY HERE...

Liked: LOCATION EXCELLENT FOR EATING OUT, AND SHOPPING. NEED TO TAKEPUBLIC TRANSPORT TO BRANDENBURG GATE AND OTHER ATTRACTIONS. PROXIMITY TO THE TIERGARTEN IS A PLUS POINT.
Disliked: BEFORE WE ARRIVED i EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES AND GOT NO REPLY FROM THE HOTELTHE BED PILLOWS WERE AWFUL AND WE HAD TO ASK FOR 4 MORE!

Liked: Room is so well design, it's fun stay. The cocktail bar on the roof top is such a bonus!
Disliked: The view was on the cooling units on the roof.. Pity.

A great home base for...

Liked: Nice modern hotel in a good location, with a good sized room and I liked the Monkey Bar on the top floor in the evening. I enjoyed the terrace outside the restaurant for breakfast, and the terrace outside Monkey Bar was a lively place at night. The huge Berlin Zoo is right next door, as is the main station with a train direct to the Berlin Brandenburg Airport, which BA flies from. So that was very convenient with no need for expensive taxis.
Disliked: The only criticism I would have is that there was no chair in the room, so nowhere to sit and work.

3/5 not very good value...

Liked: Bed was comfortable, room was spacious.
Disliked: Breakfast was not that good, in my opinion it was way too expensive for what it was. Bread was dry all three days during my visit, scrambled eggs were terrible. Cleaning was done every second day but they missed to clean the mirror, there was a lot of dust on the shelves, minibar was not refilled (I had to ask for it in reception).
