Liked: The 'jungle' rooms with a view on the zoo are super comfortable.Good bed and excellent shower.Nice that you can rent bikes at a reasonable price.
Disliked: I would have given a much higher score for the hotel if it were not for the restaurant.Breakfast is at the Neni restaurant on the top floor. Dinner too.The food is excellent and it has a superb view. But the staff is uninterested, not very friendly and highly inefficient. There is a certain atmosphere among the staff that feels uncomfortable.Also the friendliness and competence of staff at the reception varies significantly: some are great, others quite poor.

Disliked: The room was standard but a lot of defects broken tiles and not very clean. The hall ways to the rooms was very dirty! The price you pay has nothing to do with a clean envirorment.

Liked: Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable with great views over the Tiergarten and Zoo. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great roof bar and restaurant. Great location.
Disliked: Really could not find any fault at all with this hotel.

Liked: A really nice place, tastefully decorated, with a lovely view onto the Zoo. Excellent breakfasts, helpful staff, comfy beds.
Disliked: Very little. If you are super light sleepers, please note that on Friday and Saturday one can hear/feel a bit the basses from the bar downstairs (I presume). We were on the 4th floor, maybe upper floors are better.
