Very good

Liked: The location was really good. If you plan to visit the haffen city I definitely recommend it. You also have access to multiple buses and metro stations.Additionally the place has a nice nautical vibe and character (though sometimes it seems to be form over function). The amenities were also sufficient, with good air conditioning and even cold beverages in the fridge.
Disliked: The extra bed (for the third person) was rather small and not very comfortable. Actually I think it was the bed bench in the image. I wouldn't recommend this room if you are 3 adults. For us that was the only issue.

Liked: I liked my room. It was cosy!The location is great! Many shops and restaurants in walking distance.Very good breakfast!
Disliked: Nothing

Beautiful hotel in great location...

Liked: Location, staff, and comfort are excellent. I asked for a quite room on the upper floor which they provided. However, my room came with two sloping roof windows but I hoped to have a room with a view. However, the view is a green tree which is not the worst but I was a bit disappointed by that.
Disliked: My sloping roof window had no view. Plus, I discovered by accident that I could use the sauna in their sister hotel around the corner, but it was already too late so that I couldn't use it. Earlier information, for example, during check-in, would have been great.

Quirky but less comfortable

Liked: Great location but this is not the one connected to the mall. The typewriter was great for our child but had to restrict use as worried about the noise. Someone came to make up bis bed immediately which was great. Made to order eggs at breakfast.
Disliked: Room large but impractical. Lots of unused space. Little natural light. No simple table and chairs. We had one of the larger rooms which turned out to be right next to the smoking room and terrace with the smell wafting into the room. Window curtains in bathroom with blood stains on them. Personnel in the breakfast area unfriendly (not the cook, the waiting staff).

Liked: Good location, large room and comfy bed.
Disliked: No indication on where the entrance to the underground parking is, which is on a side street. I had to call to find it out. And it is quite dark everywhere. I like light and for me it was uncomfortably too dark.
