Liked: We traveled for graduation. Easy to get to, friendly people, met our needs for this trip.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Superb

Liked: Location was great. It was clean and it was rather large.
Disliked: No air conditioning. The staff told me to just sleep with my windows open, but then, because it was a ground floor unit, people were smoking pot leaning against my window. I asked the front desk for help. Paul the security guy was sitting on the couch and he said “I can’t do anything about it. They will just tell me it’s public property”. I texted management about it the next day and told several staff but they didn’t offer anything but “Sorry and I hope it won’t happen again”.

Disliked: 1.Even with no cleaning facilities for 7 days, someone could check if there are any urgent things to attend to in the room at least once or twice within the week.2. One front office staff who did not get back to me on a request l made.

One of my favourite places...

Liked: Staff are great, location also is great. One train from airport and a short walk. Bus stop right outside which can take you to all the main sights in DC.Comfortable big room.
Disliked: Nothing
