Liked: The layout of the room was weird. The bathroom was inside the bedroom. Would’ve been helpful to have better pictures. Unclear from pictures and descriptions if beds were Queen or full. There was conflicting info

It was ok but I...

Liked: The location was good. Easy walking to Georgetown restaurants.Our room was disappointing. It was very dated, dark, old carpeting, old bathroom.The room was not well sound insulated. I woke up really early because of people talking in the room next to us.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Very dirty. Elevators and hallways not swept or vacuumed. Kitchen in room not swept or wiped down. I felt the entire hotel had a grimy feel to it.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was really big for two couples, we had a separate living room and a kitchen, so we had lots of space for 4 people. Also, location was good as well, we could reach everything by foot or use the metro station, which was near the hotel. We really loved the staff, which helped us with the parking and made sure we were happy at all times.
Disliked: Room could be better isolated and renovated to fit the modern standards.

My family of four traveled...

Liked: The location was great; right on a main bus line and an 8 minute walk to the metro. One day we walked back from the Lincoln Memorial and it was about 30 minutes.
Disliked: There was a terrible smell of sewer coming from the bathroom and one of the bathroom sinks was backed up. The bed sunk a lot in the middle.

Very good

Liked: Location is great. Grocery store very close - good benefit. Easy to arrive and get into Uber/ taxi.
Disliked: A/C was out for all 5 day duration of the stay. On a humid day, it was uncomfortable to sleep and get ready for work meetings. Furniture and kitchenette - need upgrades.

Great location, inside not quite...

Liked: Great location, friendly staff. Suite for family was roomy and came with kitchen.
Disliked: Place is very old and dusty. Parking too expensive for just a place outdoors. DC had cheaper park houses around we saw later. AC unit in room was too noisy to be on in the night.
