Due to the nature of a grade A listed building each of the 14 rooms are accessed by stairs and there is no elevator at the property. Superb

Liked: the staff were very helpful and accommodating; the room had a nice view of the garden; it was in a quiet residential area
Disliked: it was somewhat farther from the town center than I had expected; noise from the hallway (not that anyone was yelling, but I could hear people just talking from outside)

Warm, welcoming, unique, quiet, comfortable,...

Liked: Very charming hotel with excellent staff. They accommodated all requests and were incredibly friendly. The decor is beautiful, unique and fun and the breakfast was exceptional.
Disliked: The room we had was the smallest you could book but the ceiling is so high that it still feels really comfortable. They do a great job of making good use of the space.
