Nice spot for visit, location.

Liked: Location, cute room and quiet street.
Disliked: Bed mattress was uncomfortable, but that’s also personal.l opinion.

We had such a wonderful...

Liked: The room was so comfortable, clean and warm. Location was quiet and close to city centre. We absolutely loved our stay. Definitely recommend 23 St Mary's.

I would definitely recommend this...

Liked: Location is brilliant only a 15 minute walk to the minster, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing ticked all the boxes.

Comfortable place to stay, great...

Liked: Location, felt very comfortable during our stay. 23 St Mary’s is a great bed and breakfast.
Disliked: Pillows were uncomfortable. Hot water was difficult to manage for showers. Not a lot of storage space for clothing bathroom items.

Exceptional

Liked: An absolutely delightful place to stay. The room was very tastefully decorated, everything was clean and well organized, and the supplies were exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, close to a car park but also walkable to downtown. Owner was very friendly and check in / check out were efficient and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Liked: Cleanliness.
Disliked: The very small double room. There's nowhere to put things - suitcase - on in the room. When I tried to contact the hotel, I tried texting, phoning, emailing but there's no reply for a long time. I tried the hotel's mobile number for texting and eventually they replied. I've never had any hotels not answering the phone call in the past. It was really bad experience.
