Beautiful hotel and great location!

Liked: Beautiful hotel, stunning decor and lobby! Beds were super comfortable as well!
Disliked: There was a dirty robe in our room, which isn’t a big deal because we didn’t want to use it anyway, BUT it made me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned?

Disliked: When you advertise a corner room and show pictures of that room, the room should look like that room. I paid for a corner room but wasn't given one. When I enquired about it, I was told that there were variations of the corner room. I don't believe that is an acceptable explanation and felt like I had been played. While the room was still great and comfortable and I was happy with my stay, I felt the Hotel Admin had not kept their word and that soured the experience a bit.

This hotel was beautiful!

Liked: We loved the artsy feel of the hotel! The old pool and hot tub were amazing. The sauna & rainfall room were an awesomeTouch.
Disliked: It was very loud in the restaurant and the pool area. No one was monitoring the pool area.
