Liked: We turned our visit into a staycation and it was amazing not having to leave the premises since there was a pool, restaurant, art museum, all in one spot.
Disliked: The steam room was not working while we were there and nobody told us that ahead of time or at checkin. Would recommend calling to make sure if all the amenities are functioning,

Not great for first time...

Liked: Visually interesting
Disliked: The parking situation was uncomfortable. Wasn’t even sure we were at the main entrance (we were). Waited 30 minutes upon arrival for valet, no direction on where to check in, just no assistance and nobody interested in doing so. No room service, nothing on site after hours to grab a cold soda, nothing in walking distance. Coffee shop downstairs - employees not welcoming and clearly unhappy.

Disliked: Nothing it was perfect

Great location and great amenities!...

Liked: The museum and art around the hotel really made our stay! My son is a budding artist and was truly inspired after we left. The staff took good care of us! The room was spacious… the rooms are perfectly insulated and provide a quiet night’s rest. I have no complaints. I travel often and would rank this in my top two hotel stays.
Disliked: I wish the valet was covered. That’s it.

Clean, comfortable, and downright classy!

Liked: Room wasn't ready upon arrival (understandable since we booked same day) so they comped us a $70 ticket for the bar. We had a lovely dinner on the house! Also, this was the most pet friendly facility I've ever stayed at. I've got nothing but good things to say about this place. Can't wait to go back!
