All I have to say...
Liked: The art museum and pool
Disliked: We slept on a dirty comforter with someone’s bodily fluids on them and did not see that until cover was flipped back it was so disgusting and the shower curtains had mold on them very unsanitary.

Pleasant
Liked: Very beautiful hotel, comfortable beds and staff was friendly. Extremely nice gym area, steam room and sauna.
Disliked: Pool was not a kid friendly pool, we thought there was a breakfast and parking included and it was not, we paid over $60 for parking overall. Not really a place for family with kids.

Last minute surprise
Liked: We booked this hotel room same day, we loved the aesthetic and the friendliness of the staff. The staircase throughout the building is gorgeous! Fairly new as well. There was an assortment of art that was beautiful and interesting. The museum is worth the visit if you enjoy that kind of thing, which we did. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A little on the small side but we opted for the smaller room option; it was perfect for 1-2 people. The bathroom has its own temperature control, which was a game changer. Large shower, soft and fluffy robes. The wellness facilities downstairs are amazing. Use of the wellness center is included with your stay, which I was thankful for because sometimes the spa areas are not included in your stay. The pool was huge and slightly warm, plenty of space for all the people and all the things. The hot tub was everything you could want from it, hot, roomy, with room to stand and sit. They also had a rain shower experience, a sauna and a steam room. The rain shower was unique and enjoyable. The entire hotel experience was good from start to end and we will be returning soon :)
Disliked: I wish they would let you take the robes home

Liked: Best indoor pool and hot tub I’ve ever had access to in a hotel — you could actually have a proper lap swim! Competitively priced for downtown. We parked on street (no trouble finding parking). Sorry we didn’t get to take full advantage of restaurant and bar and surrounding area— we were there for the eclipse and didn’t spend much time in St Louis itself. Nice to have a coffee shop in house. Good products in bathrooms (Malin & Goetz); comfy bed. Wish we had more time to check out the art gallery and loved idea of yoga in the gallery! I would definitely stay here again if we visit STL.
Disliked: Flashing light on corner of ceiling— not sure if it was some sort of sensor— bit annoying when trying to get to sleep but that’s very minor.

Nice to have a place...
Liked: The art is gorgeous and the restaurant and cafe are tasty.
Disliked: I had concerns about the valet situation. The man taking the cars on April 8th in the evening (I believe his name started with an A) pointed to a better spot that he could put my car for $20, so I took him up on the offer. The next day, my car was off in another spot, so he lied to me and took my money. The guy who got my car from across the street (he wouldn't let me get it) smelled like smoke and when I got in my car he had somehow gotten the steering wheel and console wet. It also seemed like he struggled with the car, which is part of why I hate valet-only situations. I felt disrespected and that my vehicle's security was compromised. For a nice hotel, I expect better.
