Fabulous service/great location

Liked: Front desk was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Bed was one of the most comfortable ever. Can’t imagine anything that would’ve made this a better stay.

Very disappointing experience

Disliked: Despite rushing into town (a 2 hour drive) in order to check in at 4:00, our room was not ready. In fact, only 1 of our 2 rooms was listed in the computer until I found the reservation number. We were not able to check in until 4:45 and that was AFTER we called down from the other room in order to follow up. (The worker at the desk wrote my number down incorrectly but had said she would call our other room as well and did not).Later, when we called down to request ice, it never came. We called AGAIN after an HOUR and the woman at the desk knew nothing about it.The AC unit in our room was not working well and the temp wouldn't go below 75 degrees. We were uncomfortable sleeping but it was too late for us to deal with this when we returned from attending the show (11:30pm)Overall a very disappointing experience

Liked: We like the location there are a wide variety of restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as entertainment venues in walking distance..
Disliked: The hotel is undergoing long term renovation. It needs it.

Enjoyable and equally disappointing.

Liked: Location, bar, museum.
Disliked: Had to switch rooms because of non working refrigerator and bad smell. Second room didn’t have working curtains, charging ports were filthy and non working, and dog food was found in closet.
