Liked: Location is great, the bed was comfortable and the rooms were nice.
Disliked: It was loud outside (cars on the street) and the receptionist was not very pleasant.

Disappointing

Liked: Friendly staff. Excellent location.
Disliked: Dirty room (dust, dirty floors, even trash left in the bathroom), very noisy AC, loud streets, mini fridge not filled. Rooms were generally not in good condition.

Overall it was an excellent...

Liked: Love the comfortable bed. The spacious room, cabinet space, and counter space in the bathroom. Shower and amenities were excellent.Loved the espresso machine
Disliked: Wish there were more outlets in the room to charge our phone and laptop

Liked: Central location Spacious rooms Modern hotel
Disliked: Hit and miss with staff at reception Dirty room on check-in, hair in bathroom and vent full of dust. Previous guest clothes found behind couch. Overcharged at checkout Cleaning not done properly each day
