Liked: Little gem in Sydney. Location was amazing-5 min from the central train station, buses nearby- easy to get to any point. Lots of amazing food and coffee nearby. Staff was very polite and friendly, very helpful with any needs.
Disliked: Nothing major—perhaps just a bit more variety at breakfast. Rotating the menu 2–3 times a week would be a nice touch. I stayed for 7 nights, and having the same options each morning became a little repetitive over time.

A nice little hotel, but...

Liked: Great central location, stylish rooms (with really thoughtfully designed lighting), incredibly comfortable bed, and really lovely staff.
Disliked: I booked a room with balcony not realising all of them faced onto Elizabeth St. The sound-proofing is pretty good, but as a light sleeper the traffic and trains were still simply too loud. Considering I booked the most expensive room option, I was surprised by how small it was. There is absolutely no where convenient to put your suitcase and have easy access to opening & closing it. I also would have appreciated some standard bathroom items like shower cap, sanitary bag etc. also the shower leaked quite a lot, the bath mat was totally saturated. I think for the price I paid, I’d probably just stay up the street at Ace Hotel next time.

Liked: The set up, the space, the atmosphere and the staff.Cleanliness was 10/10.
Disliked: Just needed a little bathroom storage or a hanger to put my toiletry bag or toiletries somewhere neatly.
