Liked: A perfect hotel!One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Considering the general standard of hotels in Paris, the price is very reasonable, and the room is quite spacious, beautifully decorated, and brand new. The location is very central, in the nicest area of Paris. The staff are very sweet and polite. The breakfast was simple but more than enough and very tasty. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Lovely stay in a tucked...

Liked: Very comfortable and creatively designed room. Very nice amenities. Loved the quality of the sheets. Delicious and generous breakfast (included). Great unique design and decorative touches throughout the floor. You find yourself tucked literally on the first floor of a building in your own safe and extremely quiet artsy environment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay- nice to come ‘home’ after the noisy and bustling Marais district and all the day’s wanderings.
Disliked: The hotel is literally on the first floor of a building, and the ground floor/entrance/stairwell could use a little freshening up- with better lighting, fresh carpet and paint. But since the hotel is in its own delightful cocoon, this was a minor hindrance.

All in all, great location...

Disliked: Not enough lighting. I, as a 72 year old person in good shape ,tripped multiple times both coming up the stairway and down as well as arriving into the room. When we arrived there were no lights in the hallway and we couldn't see anything. No one warned us about steps. The steps were quite treacherous. In the room the lighting was not bright enough and I trip several times going down into the room because of that . The toilet light kept turning off after about 1 minute, if that much.When qe arrived there was an empty bottle of soap dispensor and an empty bottle of aerosol spray in our toilet room. There was one teeny weenie weeny little bar of soap for two people. The next morning I asked the cleaning lady for replacements.Prior to arriving we had to sign up for a breakfast time and we signed up for a laree time that was included in the choices. The first morning of our arrival we overslept because of the 9-hour difference of time and the cleaning person knocked on our door to see if we wanted our room cleaned and woke us up and we said, " Oh, we are sorry we overslept," and we asked if we could have our breakfast and she said absolutely not. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the breakfasts that were included and I think we should be compensated for being woken up to get into our room to clean it (and also because all the sheets and towels were underneath our mattress for all the rooms ) ,and we feel like she could have knocked on our door just as well for breakfast. And then when we missed it we noticed there was a lot of food in the refrigerator and a bag of bread on the counter and yet she offered us nothing. I really feel like we should be in reimbursed for the missing breakfast for that reason.
