Liked: Very cost effective and very clean. The staff was very available via text messages and eager to help.
Disliked: The shower’s temperatures was either cold or all hot. I wasn’t able to get it to a comfortable temperature.

Generally good, a solid hotel

Liked: Good value for money, all facilities very clean
Disliked: Faint smell of urine in room, no reception staff and App based key made me uneasy as if anything happened to my phone or ran out of battery there was no way in to hotel or room

Please hire human beings again

Liked: It was disconcerting not to meet a desk clerk even if the key is on an app.
Disliked: The room lighting was terrible and wifi code was not available.

Disliked: the heating was too low and our room21 on the street was very noisy( insufficient sound insulation) no elevator

Disliked: Little bit too modern. Key iPhone is not 100% reliable. Noisy between rooms. Carpet to the floor is not the best choice to be absolutely clean.

Spacious for San Fran

Liked: Room size was great with a big bay window looking out into the street. It was clean and felt fresh. The shared bathroom was very clean and modern. Very comfortable hotel and felt like a safe space inside. Accommodation in SF is very expensive and this one was on the more affordable side. Some awesome bars nearby. Free coffee and tea provided - yay!
Disliked: There are no on-site staff and you need to download a key app to access the hotel and your room. We had some technical difficulties with this through no fault of our own and no one to help us on arrival. Our first telephone call went unanswered. Took a while before we could get in. The area is great but simultaneously there are some confronting characters on the streets. This was fine for us but something travellers should be mindful of.
