If you want to be...

Very good

Liked: I had a spacious fine room, separate bathrooms were always in excellent condition. Convenient location to Bart station, and bus lines. I had no problem with the smartphone app for opening doors to the building and my room, but you need to remember to always carry your phone with you.
Disliked: Too much drug use in the area sorry.

Awfully cold

Liked: Nice house keeper, quite clean
Disliked: AWFULLY COLD- we stayed for 4 nights during April and it was so cold at night I got fever, sore throat and cough the next morning. No heaters or ac, old windows make it unbearable windy. I was not even able to do all the touristic stuff- just spent the whole time in bed with fever and cough. Awful experience The street outside seemed dangerous- heard fighting sounds at night

Good

Liked: Location, close to mission.
Disliked: Because of the the location the area can be frequented by a lot of drug users, but the hotel itself seems quite safe and secure once you’re inside.

Pleasant

Liked: The price was great, and the fellow travelers were kind. Staff was great when I had issues with the digital key.
Disliked: The access key app was cumbersome and quit working prior to checkout. I hadn’t realized there was not a private en suite bathroom. I was nervous about leaving my room for a quick bathroom break because if I forgot my phone I would be locked out. The road noise was incredibly loud.

Liked: Bathroom was very clean
Disliked: I didn't realise rooms didn't have toilets. Though the shares toilet was super clean
