Not a pleasant experience if...

Liked: It was close to the hospital.
Disliked: Arrived at 9pm. Very dark and no one around. I felt very unsafe. Windows didn't lock properly. No one in office between 6pm and 8am

Liked: The kitchen was clean and well equipped .
Disliked: Disappointed that the thermal pool was closed. This was part of the attraction in staying there.I think we should have been advised about this

Bed nice and comfy but...

Liked: Bed is good nice and soft
Disliked: No exhaust fan in the bathroom and no proper heat pump

Liked: Bed was comfortable and we had friends staying at the same place so the room was big enough to fit us all in when catching up and getting ready to go out.
Disliked: Very dated interior and there were a few odd bods around, not sure I would have felt safe going outside at night if staying by myself. We could hear everything going on next door, baby crying, yelling every now and then (actually made me sad). The front desk staff member I couldn't understand and he never once said hello or thank you, quite rude. We did not bother looking around the property, it was just a place to sleep for the night, and we were out as soon as we could.

Liked: Good size studio, clean & tidy. Good service & prompt help from receptionist . Handy to shops & restaurants.
Disliked: Parking is tight - lost our carpark twice . Shower needs an upgrade. Pool not in service .

My stay was convenient but...

Liked: Close to our sports venue and shopping centre.
Disliked: The pool was out of order because of the pump, this was the whole reason of staying there. Will come back again but will ring ahead to make sure the thermal pool is working.
