Liked: The facilities were great, room was semi clean.
Disliked: The staff don't know what hospitality is, staff is lying before your eyes and the night shift tells you different things about your booking then the morning shift. They told us we had breakfast, next morning we don't have breakfast. Very rude staff in the hotel, their eyes tell you there lying for more money and trying to bribe you.

Liked: Staff was friendly and quite helpful
Disliked: I think it would be good to know more about the rooms since there are rooms that do not have privacy in the bathrooms, so if you are traveling with family, that's not convenient. Fortunately, the man in the reception helped us change our rooms. Can't remember his name but he's very friendly

Disappointing

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: A 5-story walk-up with all our luggage was unexpected. We didn’t have hot water in the morning for our showers.

Why stay in a generic...

Liked: Convenient location. Warm welcome by helpful staff and explanation about this unique, 18 room artist’s designed boutique hotel. Amazing rooms, beautifully constructed - spotlessly clean, super comfortable pillows and bed, excellent facilities, small touches like fortune cookie on pillow, ambient music, lighting and attention to every detail! Excellent value for money. I didn’t really know what to expect when booking but this exceeded expectations I have of high end hotels. Congrats and thanks to the team there!

Liked: Interesting individual rooms not the usual corporate hotel decor!

Would recommend for handy location...

Liked: Good location with respect to train station and activities in the city. You can see the detail they put into the room, the decoration is nothing you buy at Ikea. It made the stay more enjoyable.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the street is quite lively. There was live music from Irish pub on Saturday until 22hr. And generally there is many people passing, expect them to be party people. And also people walking inside the building can be clearly heard. There is no lift. There is no AC.
