Liked: The property was beautiful and very clean. It was very up to date worth every penny. Kelly was very helpful and made our stay amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a stress free weekend. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back in the future.

Liked: Amazing room clean comfortable and a relaxing feeling very quiet and you have the freedom to do as you please within reason
Disliked: No bar or food options only downside but there are plenty of places very close so don't let it put a negative on this

It was good but little...

Liked: The only good thing was the location other then that nothing was like it was advertised.
Disliked: The host was late to open the door for us. There was no spa bath in the room. No body wash. Toilet was very small with just shower and even after it was requested and accepted that me and my husband are newly married and we wanted the room to be special and had something special, nothing was done to accommodate that. We will not be booking here again and would not recommend anyone else to stay.

Worst service we’ve ever experienced

Disliked: The room service was nonexistent and the host was unresponsive. Upon arrival, there was no body wash and the toilet paper was almost out. We received no response for a full day, forcing us to buy our own supplies. When we finally got in touch, the host was dismissive and the issues were not resolved. Additionally, there was no hot water overnight. The lack of basic amenities and communication made for a very disappointing stay.

Liked: It was close to the seafront and pleasure beach.
Disliked: As we checked in we were taken to our room, we were told the blinds to our main window was broken, which wasn’t really a problem just not something you’d expect to be told upon arrival. The room didn’t look anything like the pictures online, and the “king size bed” was just 2 singles pushed together which made it really uncomfortable as we could feel the gap in the centre of the bed. Although the shower was clean, it was pretty useless. It took about 25 minutes of running the water to get it to turn luke warm, not even hot, and the pot that was supposed to contain shower gel was empty. There was also no soap in the bathroom which is disgusting, we had to go to a convenience store down the road to buy our own bits that the room should be providing. The front door to the actual building is rotten and severely peeling, the lock that is meant to be securely screwed in is also dangling off. For an £85 room we were really unimpressed and could not wait to get out
