Disliked: No fridge, quite small and I had to pay to park in their car park. Also pay extra to arrive earlier although the weatber was very poor

Disliked: We got kicked out at 6:30am saturday the 7th oct , horrible customer service , i paid for 2 nights at £260 , then after we were kicked out i did not get the night i didnt stay refunded they actually went on to booking.com modified the booking changed it to say i booked for 1 night at £260 for the night of 6th to the 7th . the woman was really horrible all because my sisters come back to the room for an hour or 2 with me and my girlfriend . and also did not recieve my £50 deposit back .... Oh and she asked for my long bank card number , took my expiry date amd my 3 digit security code of the back which i thought was strange , she said its so she can pay the deposit back , but i thought if you pay by card on the card machine you just insert your card into the card machine which is what i have done in other hotels , but this one very strange and will not be staying at this hotel again.
