Liked: Great place in the heart of Miami Beach

Would not return.

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: The first room did not have a working carbon monoxide or smoke detector. Had to request to change rooms. Then, we were on the ground floor, whenever the upstairs guests moved, we were woken up. I believe they got up early to go to the airport, so we were woken up quite early and could not go back to sleep. Lastly, to run the shower, you need to get in and get wet with cold water until it reaches the desired temperature.

Liked: This property is the only one we book when we have a convention at the convention center, as the location and price is perfect! the staff are always so sweet, the apartments are up to date and clean, the outside area is also always well kept and beautiful. We love this property!

Disliked: There were mosquitos in the room. The furniture has seen better days. Normally there are to flask of water, one still and the other Carbonated. My las time there was only the carbonated.
