Checking in process was smooth...

Liked: Good location, friendly staff, spacious facilities and well equipped
Disliked: Poor cleaning, the mattress in small room was soiled and has a big water mark. The property needs decorating, the rug is old and smelly . There was hair all over the shower and washing machine and dryer had mould inside them. If was not poor cleaning and maintenance I would scored the property as 5 stars

Great location, within walking distance...

Liked: The friendly and professional staff, the location, the large clean room with a kitchenette area and available parking.
Disliked: Couldn’t get the tv remote to operate the on/off and volume. I could, however, change channels with the remote.

Enjoyed our stay very much....

Liked: Friendly, attentive and professional office personnel, comfortable and clean room, parking, walking distance to the convention center, food, shopping and beach.
Disliked: No ice machine

Great staff, but badly designed...

Liked: The office staff and cleaning crew were wonderful: very friendly and accommodating with requests. The overnight phone support was also helpful when we had to contact them. Clean room, nice amenities.
Disliked: We were in a corner room on the first floor which had translucent curtains. No proper curtains. For a room visible from the street, this was not comfortable. Not only did it feel like privacy wasn't considered but also that sleeping wasn't considered as there was no way to block light coming in early in the morning. I could clearly see that other rooms had proper pull/roll down sun blocking curtains... our room seemed to be the only one that didn't. We were unable to sleep well due to this in combination with the walls being paper thin. We unfortunately had very loud neighbors for 3 of the 4 nights of our stay which, due to the thin walls, made it so we weren't able to sleep.

Liked: Great place in the heart of Miami Beach

Would not return.

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: The first room did not have a working carbon monoxide or smoke detector. Had to request to change rooms. Then, we were on the ground floor, whenever the upstairs guests moved, we were woken up. I believe they got up early to go to the airport, so we were woken up quite early and could not go back to sleep. Lastly, to run the shower, you need to get in and get wet with cold water until it reaches the desired temperature.

This unit was quiet, peaceful...

Liked: Unique layout of the unit.
Disliked: There could have been someone at the property when we got there to assist us.
