Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was also good, near to downtown.
Disliked: Our room was great. But our friends have stayed in Cottage with Terrace. There was a problem with the toilet flush. They fixed it. Later in the night, there was another problem with the shower. He requested me to call them. I called the number which was provided by the hotel. What a surprise! My friend took the call. Phone had been connected to the Cottage room where my friend stayed. That was unbelievable. If you need something in the middle of the night, no one is available to answer or assist. Plus, if you call that number, cottage room guest will pick your call!! Be prepared!!

Liked: Ideally located close to downtown Napa. Welcoming and knowledgeable owners who go out of their way to ensure you comfort. Great breakfast and also afternoon wine and cheese. Would return
