Liked: The location is perfect for anyone wanting to stay closer to Westmead, Parramatta. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions promptly. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

Liked: Very close to westmead hospital, tram right outside (when it starts operating), very friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurant available on site and delicious!

Liked: Modern motel. Secure parking on site. Upper floors have an elevator. 5min walk to the train station. Some eateries next door.
Disliked: Exhaust fan in the bathroom was ineffective, made a noise but exhaust it didn't!
