Had a nice stay. My only complaint is that loud music from what I'm assuming was the bar kept going until two in the morning. Not good for sleeping. Otherwise my stay was very good.

I never sleep well at hotels....ever! My stay at the Holiday Inn changed that - I slept like a baby. I awoke rested and ready to go the next day!

Disappointed with the rooms
Liked: The desk clerk Ernest was amazing and very accommodating
Disliked: .Our first rooms were not the right size. We were reserved for 2 king beds and a sofa bed. We walked into a full bed with a pull out sofa. The second time we went up to our rooms, they were not cleaned at all, beds unmade and room dirty. Our 3rd time we received 2 queens only. We settled on this room hut the refrigerator was broke and the carpet was soaking wet in front of it. The toilet was stopped up but we eventually fixed it. Was very dissatisfied and disappointed in the rooms. But again, Ernest was the best. We appreciated all his help

Wont use this place again
Liked: This hotel seemed very sharp when u pulled up outside. Looked nice inside upon entering and staff seemed friendly and helpful. Then?.
Disliked: I get in my room and it seemed nice. Walk in the bathroom and the tub had a giant yellow stain. Seemed pretty disgusting. I thought if that?s the worst all is well. Then I received a wake up call at 6:32 am that I DID NOT SET UP!!! I was on vacation and have an alarm of my own, do not ever use wake up calls. When I talked to the front staff two different times they blamed me over and over and were incredibly rude about it.
