Great staff and location in...

Liked: Great service by staff, was acknowledged at every time we arrived or left the building but also genuinely asked how we were or how our day was. Great overall hotel, location and price. We will definitely be back and guests at your hotel
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like

Comfortable stay

Liked: Convenient location and a short stroll to Crown, Finders and Spenser station. Easy access to transport/trams. Well maintained property with clean rooms and toilets. Friendly staff!

Liked: Good location, decent room with everything you need, value for money. Nice vibe to the whole place. Would stay again despite some gripes
Disliked: Small bed (I'm 6'2"") so I had to sleep diagonally, TV had bright corners but dull centre, and bathroom flooded as it didn't drain properly when using the shower (shower drain worked but bathroom drain sat higher than the pooled water). Also, I didn't like that no zero alcohol beer is sold in the bar

Disliked: Bar menu was very limited for someone who doesn't drink alcohol. Nothing except water, juice or softdrink. They need to move with the times.
