Liked: The location was absolutely perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better location t be honest. The staff were friendly and pleasant. Rooms were quite lovely and pretty.
Disliked: The room was extremely hot and front desk could not help us. They came twice to try and adjust and they were not able. We sweat terribly for the entire night, which was awful as it was a getaway for our 10 year anniversary. The room was not the cheapest room either, so we were quite disappointed. The bathroom was lovely, however please note there was no where to put any soap or body wash. You will have to rest it on the ground in the shower. It really put a damper on our celebration.

Excellent getaway for couples or...
Liked: Lovely central location in Niagara-on-the-lake. The hotel is huge but manages to hide it behind a small-town facade. The facilities were lovely, as were the rooms, and the beds were great. A lovely place for a getaway with friends or as a couple.
Disliked: We had to climb some steep stairs to get to our rooms. It could be a problem for some.

Great place!
Liked: Amazing place in the heart of Niagara on the Lake. Loved the beds, rooms where clean, and staff was great.
Disliked: The messaging system that Bookings uses was hacked a couple of months after I made my reservation. I received an exceptional number of messages saying that "more information is required to confirm my booking and that it would be cancelled if I didn't reply". The messages went on asking for personal information and credit card details. I contacted both 124 on Queen and Bookings and both said the messages were not from them. Bookings security looked into the messages and after a few weeks the messages stopped.
