A comfortable and easy stay...

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay here. The receptionist was very understanding and accommodating, which made everything smooth. There were plenty of car parks available, which was super convenient. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Disliked: Nothing major – everything met my expectations.

An amazing place to stay,...

Liked: Lovely and clean. The bed was super comfy! Our room was well serviced for our 2nd night. We arrived so late due to road closures, the staff were so accommodating and ensured they stayed up for us to check in at 12:30am.
Disliked: One side of the electric blanket didn’t work so we had a half cold bed to climb into! Not a big deal though, and really my only “complaint”!

Disliked: It's wasn't very clean, had a mark on the carpet, the pull out bed/ couch was not comfortable, and it also has marks and wholes. Didn't have any blankets or pillows for the pull out bed.Had a gap that light could shine in one of the rooms.The toilet wasn't very clean. Had a shower and bath in one and didn't have a plug for the bath. It was a very cold environment in the room.Didn't have the hot chocolate or tea and sugar stocked up. Over all Didn't have a good stay. The cost was stocking because of the condition of the room. Had an oil heater that was only warm when you were next to it...
