Liked: Very close to mall and town. Great location. Friendly people running and supporting the service.
Disliked: I didn’t live the rusty chair and table with the smoke butts in the ash tray to see every time you came and went on the stairs to get to our accommodation.Maybe take the hanging baskets down from upstairs walk way if they are not going to have plants in them. I think you don’t need hanging plants and dried up dead are bring the place down. Flower pots are more work for staff that are probably busy enough. Take them down so people don’t have to look at them,

Liked: Location was good, great shower and was clean.
Disliked: Very uncomfortable couch, and chairs were ripped, looked like a collection of second hand furniture. Curtains need some major attention.

Liked: This was fine for a place to crash at night time and had everything we needed. It was close to where we wanted to be. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: We had a downstairs unit right on the car park so when we were there we had to close the curtains to get privacy, but as we were there mainly in the evenings this wasn't too much of a problem. We would have liked more milk to go with tea and coffee and perhaps some herbal tea.
