Disliked: My room tv didn't work the first night. Other than that. Nothing else.

Lovely Hostel!

Liked: The Hostel is very clean, and super well maintained. It's the 1st time I've stayed at such a nice hostel. We stayed in a private room with 2 full beds, bathroom included. The beds were so comfortable, and the room came with plenty of towels for a 3 night stay. The room was also well kept. The hostel is located near downtown area and within walking distance of museums, bars and restaurants. It was super hot during our stay, but the AC worked well!We didn't use other facilities like the laundry or the coffee shop, as we were out most of the day. I'd stay here again for sure.
Disliked: The room was beautiful, but it had a weird smell sometimes (we think it came from the sink which was outside the bathroom). We bought an air refresher, and that fixed the issue for us.

Was told it was a...

Liked: Nothing. Lied about the privacy lied about bathrooms lied about beds. I instantly checked out and was supposed to receive a refund.
Disliked: Everything. It was a complete lie. No bathrooms. No privacy. No amenities. Small bed. No lighting. AC BROKEN!!! NEED FULL REFUND

Great location

Liked: The location was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. The share spaces were also clean, including the refrigerators. The location is closed to downtown but still in a safe area.
Disliked: Some restrooms have toilets but do not have a sink to wash your hands. Later I got that they are next to the showers and then you are supposed to take a shower after using the toilet... Perhaps. Anyway, I didn't like that.
