Super cute retro hostel for a sweet price.

Liked: It was super retro and the night auditor was funny as hell.
Disliked: Nah, I loved it.

Liked: I absolutely LOVED my time at this place! The staff and guests were all so nice, it was clean, updated, full of character, and comfortable.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have coffee pods in the rooms or available in the community kitchen.

Very good

Liked: The staff was very welcoming. We arrived there straight from the airport and had tons of questions about where to park and where to eat/drink and they explained everything to us. Parking is 3mins away. The room was clean. The shared bathrooms were clean and always available. In the room there is a sink, a bit strange but ok. The room feels a bit “empty” as it had much free space between the bed and the sink. You can hear a bit of noise from the street but it is not too much even tho it was during the weekend.
Disliked: Usually I always make sure to have a private room with private bathroom, and I thought I booked the same this time, but when we arrived the room had shared bathroom. As I said, THE BATHROOMS WERE CLEAN AND VERY MUCH OK. I’m just not sure if they do have room with private bathroom or not. Just make sure to check properly before booking if this is really important to you.

Central, calm and clean

Liked: Centrally located, very clean and calm, good air conditioning, comfy beds, shared kitchen with good facilities. Reception was very communicative and helpful with a couple of requests. Would definitely stay again if I ever come to Denver. Thanks!!
Disliked: Could be nice to have some hand soap near the sink in the shared rooms as the shared bathrooms do not have a sink. Not a big deal but could make it better.

Liked: Communal spaces. Staff are very kind. Main lobby.
Disliked: There was a musty smell in some of the hallways.

Exceptional

Beautiful facility with single rooms...

Liked: The building was rehabilitated just a few years ago and the design work is beautiful. It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed in a place with the bathroom down the hall but there were numerous restrooms they were spotless
Disliked: Neighborhood had enough good food options but being on a main street there were a few odd people after dark.

Liked: Great location within walking distance to Capitol Hill and 16th St Mall, very clean rooms and common areas
