Poor

Liked: The meals and food service were great.
Disliked: There was a very Loud wedding party beside our room and right across the hall. They made noise all hours of the night. Slamming doors, yelling in the halls, coming in & out all hours of the night. My husband and I got minimal sleep the three nights we stayed at the hotel. We called the front desk to ask for help. The situation was not handled or adequately resolved. After having ample time to to do so. This hotel is very nice and in a great location. But, too expensive to deal with this type of situation and disrespectful neighbors.The manager had very little to say and we were given a $30 compensation! This is our second time staying at this property. Very disappointed in our last stay.

Lovely place but we think...

Liked: We ordered breakfast to the room and it was delicious so that was one of the positive notes. Everything is very clean the lobby in the elevator that everything is top-notch. We had the grandkids and they loved exploring the hotel.
Disliked: Well, I had several things one. The room was not as big as what I booked on bookings.com. I paid extra money for additional square feet and they were nowhere to be found. Someone at the desk said when I asked that we get upgraded because we were on the sixth floor. The only problem was the room looked out on the back parking lot of the hotel. Not that exciting.It was the two of us and two grandkids so it was very cozy and we paid extra to have that 30 extra square feet. Like I said I couldn’t see it in that room.Another thing was we booked it and said there would be two adults and two children but as the evening progressed, we realize we only had three bath towels. I was last in line so I ended up reusing one of the towels. Not cool.A third thing was the room had no microwave though one wasn’t promised. And it had the worlds smallest mini fridge. And the mini fridge didn’t work. The light just blinked on and off all night.
