Its just an average hotel...

Liked: The rooftop bar was a nice touch. It was expensive, $39 for two drinks. I will say it was clean but thats really it. Everything else was just average.
Disliked: Ive stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the US. This is a 3 star at best. I mean there is nothing horrible about it at all its just not in the same category as most four star properties. I also paid for the breakfast through booking.com. The morning of checkout the lady told us to go eat then she would credit it back. Of course it was never credited back until Monday when I called. Even with that said, she only credited us for half our breakfast. There was zero wow factor to this hotel to make it a four star. In person, the staff seemed nice but the lack of crediting the breakfast back after telling me point black was very unprofessional.

Liked: Pleasantly surprised. Valet was friendly, caring and professional. NJ at checkin was the same. Lobby smelled wonderful. My room(and linen) was immaculate. Restaurant service was perfect.
Disliked: Nothing.
