This was a nice short...

Liked: Loved the staff and the cleanliness of the property. Bed was comfortable and restaurant was great. Bathrooms were clean and well functioning.
Disliked: Did not like paid valet parking as only option. The valet workers didn’t seem super enthused about their jobs, but weren’t necessarily rude either.

Liked: The staff was absolutely amazingly beautiful, and so friendly and nice! Anything I needed I received immediately with a smile upon their face. I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favorite!
Disliked: I love everything about this property, however, I would love it if someone could take the the luggage that’s on the cart up to the room for me so I don’t have to push it myself because I’m so small and 100 pounds. It’s hard for me to push now with that being said, had I ask someone to do it, they probably would have. I did not ask.

Liked: The staff was wonderful. The hotel is clean and very posh. The rooftop bar was really great.
Disliked: Walls were a little thin and could hear the neighbors when they got louder. Not sure if it was just room we were in.

Liked: Great Staff they were fantastic to greet us and assist us with our anniversary, far exceeds The Westin, best hotel in HSV, everyone was so nice and accommodating and we will return
Disliked: The Valet locked our keys in our car and called our room to ask us to come down 30 min-1 hour or so after we checked in for our anniversary night, you can imagine how upsetting and what horrible timing that was to have to get dressed and leave your spouse alone when we were there for one night and it was our anniversary to be interrupted by this , further they said they needed to move the car and were able to unlock the car with a lock out kit but they damaged our car door significantly in the process , very nice guys but this was unacceptable and hope our car door will be compensated/repaired, and we were even billed for the valet parking cost afterwards. Secondary, our room service order was delivered and it was delicious but it was not accurate to what we ordered/requested. Lastly, a nice bathtub in the bathroom would be fantastic and put the room over the top to other hotels in this class
