Liked: I was sitting in the pool area and a staff member offered me coffee. She served it on a tray with milk/sugar on the side, very professional. The hot tub was lovely. We used it several times. Beds were comfy. Nice to have coffee available on each floor in the mornings. Love that you can call down to ask for a coffee and will be delivered to your room. Nice touch.

Very nice and we will...

Liked: Everything! Nice welcoming at front desk. Room was wonderful. Large, clean, quiet with an amazing view of the River. Breakfast was delicious and the gentleman waiting on us was friendly and made sure we were happy.Power went out Tuesday evening. High winds. Fire alarm armed. Men at the front desk were concerned for the guests. We sat in the lobby and fire dept. arrived and gave the all clear. Fire alarm was shut off. Power returned a bit later. Overall, impressed with hotel employees response to this issue. Well done!
Disliked: Loved it all.

Liked: Wow just wow! It was about a half hour from where we were visiting but we got it because it looked good, but it was grrrreat! The pipes must have froze in the room that we were staying in so the plumbing was down and they upgraded us to the Admiral sweet!

Liked: perfect location with excellent view. This is the second time. Love the hotel as always and will come back in summer again. All the staff are nice enough except the one when i checked out.
Disliked: If some of the staff can be more polite (reception and restaurant), that will add the points to the hotel greatly.
