Great staff but otherwise not...

Liked: When so many hotels are all the same it’s l the staff who can make or break my enjoyment of my stay. The staff at this hotel were welcoming, friendly and professional.
Disliked: The room was so small and unexceptional. Not befitting of a hotel that seems to have such a high opinion of itself.

It was nice as I...

Liked: Easy commuting
Disliked: The noise in the first room,coming from the elevator and you could hear people with their suitcases going along the floor above,2nd room the bed was uncomfortable very hard,the outside of the fridge was hot to touch,the coffee maker didn’t really work well.
