Liked: Friendly staff clean comfortable would stay again value for money

Good

Very basic but quite clean

Disliked: The toilet cistern leaked, had to ask for towels on several occasions despite staff saying they would bring some to the room.They changed the lock on the outside door while we were out so had to knock the staff up to get back inside.

Disliked: Bedroom tiny beds awful

Brilliant Stay

Liked: Lovely little place. Breakfast was absolutely perfect. Rooms were spot on. Staff was lovely and attentive. Tried to rebook for Sept but was fully booked. Definitely will return. My 12 year old loved it too.
Disliked: Only issue was we couldn't get the tele working in room but I think it was just remote control batteries. We never mentioned it to staff as we weren't bothered but I'm sure they would have sorted it if we had.

Liked: Myself and 10 family members stayed here for 4 days this week and I honestly can’t fault the place. From the moment we arrived till the time we left, we had a brilliant time. Every member of staff is lovely, extremely friendly and very helpful, the hotel its self is spotless. Rooms are clean and fresh, beds are lovely and comfortable and in a great location. Would we recommend and return?, Yes, 100%. Thank You 100 Pipers for having us, we loved our stay with you.
