Liked: Clean basic hotel in-between the pleasure beach and tower.

Liked: The hotel was niceee , nice lighting , the staff were amazing, Abi helped us with everything he was amazing, so adorable god bless him

Liked: place was alright for location
Disliked: room wasn’t clean enough stuff still on the floor when we came , in bathroom marks that are removable so clearly wasn’t cleaned well . when we came in the friday could hear everything from bar downstairs . got woken up with the noise of people screaming and banging into our room door after th bar had closed . we went to use the bar on the sat night bought 1 drink to the bar staff to say he’s closing the bar which it was a sat night and they was open on friday night very late

Liked: The 1 member of staff was very polite, and answered our query of free breakfast, which is £7 extra if you use booking.com. Good 1st impressions, smart, and always had a smile. It was clean and comfy which means a lot with many ppl.
Disliked: I didn't like the 2nd floor room, especially when walking up the stairs, made me sea sick as the floors are on a slant. There was a tile missing from the ceiling in the bathroom where wiring was exposed. No ventilation except bedroom window which created a draft and caused ceiling tiles to lift and drop lots of bits on the lovely white bedding.

Liked: It is a reallly nice place to stay, staff where very helpful and we enjoyed the added bonus of a bar, pool table and darts board
Disliked: The mattress was very springy i could feel every spring so didnt have the best nights sleep, maybe putting on a mattress topper would give a bit more comfort

Disliked: The triple room was a bit cramped

Great stay!

Liked: The room was perfect for what we needed, a place to rest our heads and get ready. The staff were so accommodating, providing us with what we needed. The bar was nice and cheap too!
Disliked: The bathroom door was a bit squeaky and tough to open from the inside but didn't affect our stay. A long length mirror would be helpful too.
