Convenient but needs improvement for...

Liked: Location, room layout, friendly staff. Proximity to fashion showrooms and good restaurants & pâtisseries.
Disliked: Easy but stressful automation system to get in and out of hotel pending on charged phone, as well as the air-condition controlled by the reception, limited staff, at times no-one picks up the reception phone to call you a taxi, no air-condition at all in the public areas of the 2nd floor (reception & restaurant). Too small closet for hanging clothes.

Nice but very cold or...

Liked: Cleanliness. Helpful staff. Doors opening system.
Disliked: Guests can not turn on/off the AC inside the room. The reception controls everything which is very wrong in my opinion.

Too much money for a...

Liked: Good area.
Disliked: The air conditioning was phone controlled and don’t work correctly. Room was hot. Very clean room but the phone app was a total pain. Room phone didn’t work. The breakfast was a total joke for sure. I would it go back especially considering the price to service. When we informed them about them about the ac not working she said she would turn it on but after that it continued to not work. No ability to change the temperature.
