Great stay!

Liked: The room was really clean and had everything we needed. It was also in a great location, close to an underground. The staff were all friendly and we were able to store our luggage on the last day.
Disliked: The room was a little cramped, it was fine for us three friends for a short stay but if we had more luggage for a longer stay, it would've been hard to fit.

Great location, great staff, rooms...

Liked: Pleasantly surprised and the staff went over and above even printed off boarding passes for a connecting flight. Location is great and easy walking distance to Earls Court underground where the District Line can take you straight to Westminster for tourist traps.

Budget but look elsewhere

Liked: Location was handy for the tube station
Disliked: Far too hot to sleep at night, had to sleep with the window open which didn’t really help but made it even louder in the room. Shower pressure was really poor, not like the photos, hotel is tired and looks dirty. Had a bed bug panic as found one small red bummed bug - however didn’t find anything upon looking but looked up other reviews and others had found this. Nothing else appeared the rest of our stay

Perfect location and comfortable

Liked: It was very clean and the staff were helpful. The check in was very easy and our room was easy to find.
Disliked: The only issue was the nouse from outside in the garden where there were parties until the early hours of the morning.

Good location, bad sleep. Disappointing

Liked: The staff were friendly and the building was nice
Disliked: They fail to mention that there is a club next door. We spent both nights unable to sleep until early hours of the morning as the music was so loud.

Very dirty

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: Incredibly small room, and very VERY dirty - dust everywhere, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, if not years! There was hair in the sink. I know this is a relatively cheap hotel, but it’s still very expensive for what you receive! For knee £150+ per night, I’m expecting my room to at least be clean

Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortableRoom was tiny Shower was poor No AC so room was unbearably hot

Friendly and good value for...

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful, great location and value for money. Bathroom a little small and tired but functional. It was very hot and a large fan was placed in the room which we were very grateful for.
