Exceptional
Liked: We liked everything! Always greeted by nice and welcoming staff, rooms were really good/clean and with plenty of tea/cofee and toiletries. Breakfast was very good, with variety to please everyone. Location is perfect, there is a subway not far away for anyone who wants to travel into the city. Price is totally fair and good for this location.

Disappointing
Liked: Location was good - within 10 minute walk from tube station and less than 15 minutes to National History Musuem.
Disliked: Strange, slightly damp smell throughout the hotel. Our room was not as well furnished and appointed as those shown on the website - very misleading photos. Also the furniture in our room was heavily scuffed - useable but not aesthetically pleasing.£170 for a family room in central-ish London is cheap for London but you definitely get what you pay for - this room was very basic.Very small bathroom with no area to put toiletries or even hang up all towels. Biggest issue though was there is no double glazing and our room was on the back elevation where there was a restaurant/bar with outdoor area. As the night progressed the music got louder and me and my husband both couldn't get to sleep due to the volume of music (I am normally a heavy sleeper).

Ok, clean and tidy but...
Liked: Room was clean and tidy, great location.
Disliked: No fan or air con, room was very warm meaning window had to be open and it was very noisy. Pub with beer garden outside playing music till late. We also had a drain running through our walls and it made a loud noise every time someone else flushed a toilet above us. Breakfast was odd, with mini hotdog susages!

Perfect hotel for a short...
Liked: The hotel's location was perfect, just 7 minutes away from Earls Court underground station, there is a restaurant opposite which would have been perfect for dinner, although we were extremely tired after the whole day walking and sightseeing so decided to stay in the hotel and we opted for buying some food from a Sainsbury's just 5 minutes away from the hotel. The check-in was extremely easy, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The Deluxe Family room was a good size with just what you need to rest and continue your sightseeing in London, with complementary water, coffee, tea and biscuits, and a kettle, plus all the toiletries you would need and a hair dryer. The breakfast was perfect, full English and continental options, nice coffee machine and fruit juices, perfect to start your day before another long day walking through London. My husband, my 3 boys and I enjoyed our stay in the hotel, and would definitely book to stay there again.
Disliked: There was just a tissue on the floor, which might have been easily missed under the bed, but apart from that, the room was very clean and beds nicely made with fresh linen and towels.

Very good
Liked: Great room, amazing staff and excellent breakfast.Nice and clean facility. The location is also great!
Disliked: The windows and walls weren't helpful in noise isolation - You could clearly hear the road and otger guests in their rooms.
