Very bad.

Liked: The reception and breakfast.
Disliked: The rooms are dirty; the walls are stained. The pictures on Booking.com were wonderful, exactly like a 3-star hotel; the reality is zero stars.

Disliked: The water power is too small for shower, and the temperature fluctuate from cold to hot by seconds.It would be great if there is a regal in toilet to put clothes.If there is a fridge, then it will be perfect.

The complimentary toiletries was nice,...

Liked: The receptionist on arrival and when leaving on Saturday morning was helpful and had a warm smile
Disliked: Room 202 - There was no Mirror in the RoomThere was no Handsoap in the Bathroom, the Toilet Roll holder was rusty, the Shower unit 'moulding marking - black' lighting was very low-poor in the bathroom, and that was the only place with a mirror.The Door was hard to open, and the room had a mouldy smellThere was no option of Herbal T's, only Tea/Coffee (Not everyone drinks T/Coffee)Plug sockets behind the bed, not easy to accessThe breakfast was lukewarm, we had to ask for it to be reheated. We went down at 7.10 am, first one's present

Good location, perfect for a...

Liked: The location is perfect, close to the tube, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The rooms are small. The windows are single glazing, which does not help with noise reduction. There is some noise from the air conditioning fans of the building in front as well as the restaurant downstairs in the courtyard. Bring earplugs.

Liked: Lovely building and the reception area was nice and quirky. Spacious and clean and the reception staff were lovely.
Disliked: H the bathroom was really small and outdated. Especially considering we were in a room for 6 people.
