Superb

Liked: I appreciate they are dedicated to sustainable practice in many ways that include filtered water that allowed us to refill water, no plastic or one-time disposal products in the hotel, greenery blended into the indoor space, and really pretty interior design.
Disliked: The bottle of champagne (Veuve Clicquot) we ordered at the rooftop pool is overpriced too much which was triple the price.

Great and cozy hotel, super...

Liked: Location is very central, has loads of coffeeshops, restaurants close by and is a very cozy hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, specially Robin and Joey. The breakfast choices were great and the lobby bar is very nice. Room was beautiful and bed was super comfortable!
Disliked: Initially got a room which did not have a good A/C and was quite noisy - however I was quickly given an alternative room, so this is not really a complaint!

Concierge is non existent much...

Liked: Restaurant was good, swimming pool and deck area was great. Staff was friendly. And location was great.
Disliked: No way to properly park in front of the hotel, valet service was missing anyone when we arrived. No concierge to help with our bags when we first arrived. We had to bring the bags and stroller in ourselves. The amenities shouldve been better explained when we arrived. For the price, it didn't feel like a 5 star experience. Probably around 3-4 star.

Overall the staff, especially Rae,...

Liked: The staff is amazing and the hotel/location is fabulous!
Disliked: A bit overpriced, it was close to 1k a night and no parking or continental breakfast was included (some five star hotels include this)
