Go for the location and...

Liked: The front desk staff were so professional and welcoming. The aesthetic is warm and modern.
Disliked: The rooms have a film on their windows for privacy which takes away from the city views. Booked a corner suite expecting a panoramic view of the city and got white film to look at. Jennifer on staff was wonderful and helped move us into a room with more of a “view”. It was better but still limited and the room was smaller. The staff at the pool were not helpful. I also asked how the pool area works (ie. the sun beds and poolside food service) but the assumption was I was not a guest. The tone and approach could be worth looking into and training when answering a question like this. I guess it’s also because the rooftop pool space is shared with Henrietta where the public has access to. The bed was uncomfortable.

Liked: Super friendly staff, great sized room, comfy beds and beautiful decor. The food in restaurant 1 was outstanding. The rooftop pool is beautiful.
Disliked: The only slight quirk was that neither the bathroom or WC door closed which felt a bit exposing when sharing as a family!

Liked: We loved everything about the hotel. It felt very aligned to nature, the breakfast was amazing as was the rooftop bar. It's ashame rhe pool area becomes very busy but still enjoyed our time up there. Staff were super friendly too. We'll definitely be staying here again when we visit next
