Great city and a great...
Liked: The hotel is absolutely fantastic, great service, friendly staff and the rooms are brilliant. The location of the hotel is great too, close access to the beach and easy to get to the local bars and restaurants
Disliked: Nothiung really - the rooftop does get busy to get there early on weekends

Rooms and facilities are great....
Liked: Great location, nice facilities especially the roof top pool!
Disliked: Not so much worth the value for money since the service in general is just poor. Housekeeping, room service, and services at the other hotel facilities.

Liked: Very clean, very kind service, private hotel beach. And the most important - some hours after check out - we had possibility to take a shower (free) before fly ! We highly recommend this Hotel

Extremely Disappointing for the Price
Liked: Room size and quick access to the beach
Disliked: I stayed at 1 Hotel South Beach and unfortunately had a disappointing experience that does not reflect the high room rates or the brand’s supposed commitment to guest satisfaction.I shared detailed feedback after my stay and never received any form of acknowledgment, apology, or compensation—despite several serious service lapses. This lack of customer care alone is reason enough for a 1-star rating.During my stay:There was loud, constant noise from above (chairs dragging, things dropping) almost every night, often until midnight. It was exhausting and made it difficult to relax in my room.The in-room phone had no clear instructions, making it impossible to call for help or assistance.The organic bin was never emptied, leaving a bad smell by the end of my stay.Housekeeping was inconsistent—on several nights I returned to find my bed unfinished, with cushions scattered and the blanket tossed aside.One evening after 7pm, a housekeeper I couldn’t understand due to a language barrier entered my room uninvited, which made me feel uncomfortable and was completely inappropriate.Poolside service was rude and disorganized. We had to ask multiple times for towels, were shuffled around, and ended up in the worst spot—by a fence, in full sun, without an umbrella.At the gym, although I respectfully stopped filming when asked, I witnessed hotel staff mocking the situation and filming their client next to me, laughing about it. It was unprofessional and honestly insulting.To top it off, I was charged for mini bar items consumed by the next guest after I had already checked out. No one verified the check-out/check-in times before billing me.I appreciated the room upgrade and found the space comfortable, but the service and treatment throughout were far from the standard I expected—especially for the price. I’ve had significantly better experiences at other hotels in the area like the Edition or Faena.

Nice stay but overall quite...
Liked: Nice hotel, nice design. Modern and clean
Disliked: The pool area is too loud, too many kids too loud music.
