Great facilities but not great service

Liked: Great facilities and amazing gym
Disliked: Service was not great. One example was that I wanted to order a meal and room service was not picking up the phone so I called reception. They promised to forward my order to room service. An hour later, I went to the reception as my meal had not been delivered and I discovered they did not place the order with room service
