Exceptional service!

Liked: The entire property, the facilities and all of the staff were absolutely exceptional! I can’t say enough good about my stay here. It was my first time staying at a 1 Hotel property and now I will never stay at another hotel when I’m in town! The staff went above and beyond for my birthday! They upgraded me to a suite, gave me a complimentary bottle of rose and a free dessert! Everything was so clean and modern, beautiful architecture, lovely and attentive staff, food was delicious, location was perfect, perfect private beach, 4 pools and more! Can’t wait to come back!

Liked: Very friendly, Very homely, Real high tech, Very cute location, Smells so so good. Loads of services and entertainment on site.
Disliked: The AC kept leaking though it was fixed twice. It leaked into my clothes which the hotel didn't suggest to dryclean for me it being their faultCleaning is done super late

Disliked: The staff were not friendly at all Too much extra charges that load my credits with non sense payment inspite that there is 1000 dollars payed as deposit and still did not receive it Very busy and I got the worse room with the worse view possible, and was told this happen coz I booked through ( 3rd party) so coz of you Booking. com I don’t recommend the hotel and it’s too expensive for the value and I will never book it again
