Liked: The room was more than I expected! The bartenders at the rooftop bar made a drink that was not on the menu without a problem, we really appreciated that.
Disliked: I wish I had known about the hold on the card prior to arrival, it sort of hindered me getting to shop and experience the restaurants inside. I used Booking.com and was not made aware of that.

Liked: It was clean and aesthetically beautiful.
Disliked: It was incredibly loud in the morning with doors continuously slamming and the coffee with room service was pretty terrible.

Liked: The location was perfect. The beautiful scent throughout was amazing. The room was super clean and so tranquil and inviting. The staff was so kind, they did an amazing job with housekeeping every day. The guys at the valet were always so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast met our expectation but didn’t exceed it but definitely worth the stop.
Disliked: We didn’t know that there was limited privacy the bathroom. You really have to be comfortable with whomever you share the room with. Good thing it was my spouse; that was awkward. The restaurant and bar close early in comparison to the surrounding hotels.we could not take our cocktail from the lobby bar to the 19th floor, that was disappointing. The roomService food was mediocre at best, yet super expensive.
